Refund Policy
At Bluemoon Smoke & Vape Outlets, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.
This policy applies to, but is not limited to:
  • Disposable devices
  • Vaporizers and accessories
  • Glass items
    E-liquids, pouches, cigars, and similar consumable products
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged at the time of purchase, please notify our staff immediately or contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
To be eligible for review:
  • The item must be unused
  • Original receipt is required
    Packaging must be intact where applicable
  • Approved cases may qualify for a replacement at store discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
No Returns on Used Products
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
In-Store Purchases
All in-store purchases should be inspected at the time of sale. Bluemoon Smoke & Vape Outlets is not responsible for issues reported after leaving the store unless the product is confirmed defective.
